The Story Behind
Hi my name is Be’Lawn Bright Owner founder and CEO of B.O.B. The Builders and Restoration Inc., and one of two inventors of the B.R.E.A Restoration System.
About 5 years ago, I became passionate about the science of drying. Being an open-minded individual when it came to homeowner losses, I found myself against the impacts of certain restoration company “bottom line”. For me it was the customers experiences that drove me to help and support customers with the most important factors that influences how people feel about a company brand. Sadly, within this industries branding wasn’t the drive. Every time the customer interacted with me; I felt their opinion’s was formed purely off my relationship NOT the companies. So, in a lightly regulated industry I develop and designed a “do right” business system that I felt was important and would be consistent over time. I have built a team of credible and committed individuals prepared to harness all their strength, availability, and professionalism to catapult the business to a greater height in conjunction with an outstanding team of professionals. Being a woman in this male-driven industry, I was always overlooked and questioned about my abilities. No matter how many promotional request and job applications, I was always overlooked. Ultimately, I begin a create a device that my previous, present, and future customer could experience by changing the challenges property owners could face due to the damage in their home.
Jacquelyn Griffin, inventor, also a woman who has always motivated me to be my best. My motivator, my creator, my mom, always believing in a daughter’s dream.
